rediem uses the following third parties to process customer data on behalf of the merchants we serve. We update this list at least 10 days before authorizing a new subprocessor.The following lists provide information regarding third-party sub-processors and corporate subsidiaries of Ripplfect Inc. (“rediem”), currently authorized to process Personal Data of End Users for rediem's services. For purposes of this exhibit, the term “End Users” refers to the customers (Shoppers) of the Merchant.
